ZincAL corrosion protection system 200µm is applied to separate parts of the hoist and trolley by a flame spraying process. The impact-resistant corrosion-protected layer of 200µm, self-closing after damage due to Zinc component Alloy. On top of this system, a customer’s topcoat with a specific colour can always be applied as an option.
AISI corrosion protection system 240µm is being applied in situations where e.q. zinc or paint is not allowed. Other than that, Bronze non-sparking system 200µm which is a 2-layer bronze material applied on hooks and hook blocks to minimise the risk of generating sparks.
Of course, the use of various offshore paint systems is possible when large quantities are required. Especially for energy and offshore applications, the combination of the explosion protection system with all kinds of surface treatment.
