PRODUCT ACADEMY
The Product Training sessions have been developed to provide the sales and marketing employees with a better understanding of the benefits of the KITO Hoists by allowing you to see, hear & touch the products up close, and to compare them against the opposition products. The products involved are KITO wire rope hoists, electric chain hoists, manual chain hoists and lever hoists.
The topics to be covered include range overview, applications, unique features, users’ benefits, and sales techniques. At the end of the program, participants will be provided with confidence in product knowledge.
SAFETY ORIENTATION SESSION

KITO Safety Orientation Session will help participants develop a strong understanding of the safe handling of lifting equipment, and safety features, and will provide them with practical tips and ways to enhance workers’ safe workplace. The SOS will teach operators the importance of a pre-operational inspection and ensure they are conducted correctly to ensure compliance with AS 2550.1-2011 -Safe Use of Cranes, Hoists & Winches.
Those who should attend are hoist operators, operation managers, safety officers, and technicians. The topics to be covered include how to use a hoist properly, troubleshooting major hoist problems, and pre-use safety instructions.
At the end of the program, it will provide attendees with confidence in safe product handling and product knowledge, thus reducing workplace accidents to a minimum.
REPAIR DEMONSTRATION CLINIC

The Repair Demonstration Clinic is particularly for designated repair technicians. This will be in a combination of theory and interactive training modules. It provides repair technicians with the key information on how to inspect and repair a KITO manual hoist according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
They will also get to disassemble & assemble our products themselves and experience our manual hoists down to the smallest detail. Meanwhile, they will learn how important the individual components are.
RDC training covers the inspection classification, disassembly, inspection, assembly, and pre-operational checks of Kito manual chain hoists and lever hoists.
